Gateway Woods Brochure

A project that proved meaningful presentation doesn’t need a large budget—just smart design.

While working as an in-house designer at Engage Management, I was tasked with creating a New Year booklet to highlight the company’s projects, builds, and successes from 2024. In previous years, the team tried to fit everything onto a single A4 page, but as the company grew, that format could no longer do the content justice. I proposed creating a digital booklet so each project could receive the recognition it deserved. The marketing director and CEO were enthusiastic about the idea, though we needed to keep costs low for broad distribution.

To solve this, I designed the booklet as an interactive online magazine, allowing recipients to flip through it digitally like a real publication. I wanted to take it beyond what could have just been another paper on the desk and turn it into something engaging and memorable. The link was shared company-wide, sparking excitement and pride in our annual achievements while remaining budget-friendly. We also produced a few printed copies for display around the office. This project combined thoughtful design with practical problem-solving and strengthened my ability to turn constraints into creative opportunities.

The original digital flipbook is linked below for viewing.
