A minimalist design that effectively communicates information to potential residents.
This brochure was created for Gateway Woods, an upscale apartment complex. Inspired by the theme of trees and the surrounding natural environment, the branding incorporates a rich dark green color palette to reflect a calm, forest-like atmosphere and the lifestyle of the community.
The main challenge of this project was presenting a large amount of information in a way that remained modern, simple, and visually refined. I focused on creating a clean layout system with strong hierarchy, allowing key information to be easily digestible while maintaining an elegant, high-end feel.
Working with the building photography was especially rewarding, as the visuals captured the space beautifully and helped bring the design to life. The final result is a brochure that balances detailed information with a cohesive and eye-catching aesthetic.

A brochure for a summer student housing event, designed with a focus on clear information and engaging visual appeal.
Engage Management needed a brochure to showcase their properties at business booth events. This particular brochure was designed for a summer event near a college, targeting students searching for housing and highlighting available apartment complexes.
To match the seasonal context and appeal to students, I used bright, inviting imagery—focusing on pool and outdoor photos to create a fresh, lifestyle-driven feel. The main challenge was presenting a large amount of information in a clear, eye-catching layout.
I focused on keeping the design uncluttered, recognizing that event viewers don’t want to read long paragraphs. Instead, I emphasized key information and incorporated a clear call-to-action directing viewers to the website for more details. The final brochure balanced visual appeal with functionality, making it easy to engage with while remaining clean and easy to navigate.
