A minimalist design that effectively communicates information to potential residents.

This brochure was created for Gateway Woods, an upscale apartment complex. Inspired by the theme of trees and forest, the branding incorporates a rich dark green color to reflect a natural, forest atmosphere surrounding the complex. The challenge of the brochure was to present a large amount of information in a way that remains modern, simple, and chic. I thoroughly enjoyed working on this project—the building photography turned out beautifully, making it easy to create an eye-catching design.
